Epam Systems Authorizes New $1 Billion Stock Buyback Program; Shares Up Pre-Bell

06:45 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Epam Systems ( EPAM ) said Tuesday its board approved a new $1 billion stock repurchase program.

The program will have a 24-month term.

The company's shares were up 4.2% in recent premarket activity.
