05:04 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EPAM Systems ( EPAM ) said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of First Derivative, a managed services and consulting business for the capital markets industry headquartered in Northern Ireland.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, EPAM ( EPAM ) said it plans to deliver AI-enabled capabilities to clients in banking, capital markets and other financially regulated businesses across North America, Europe and APAC.
