04:27 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EPAM Systems ( EPAM ) said Monday it has struck a deal to acquire First Derivative, a managed services and consulting firm specializing in the capital markets.

First Derivative is headquartered in Northern Ireland and has over 1,800 employees, the company said.

EPAM ( EPAM ) said the acquisition will add over 100 new clients and is expected to close in Q4.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
