EpicQuest Education Closes $3.7 Million Direct Offering

05:07 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EpicQuest Education Group International ( EEIQ ) said late Tuesday it has closed its direct offering of about 5.1 million shares at $0.73 per share, raising some $3.7 million for the company.

Shares were up about 2% in after-hours activity.
