09:11 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EpicQuest Education Group International ( EEIQ ) said that its Davis University subsidiary has agreed to establish a foundational program at the School of Artificial Intelligence at the Shenzhen campus of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is effective until Aug. 31, 2027, the company said.

The company said the programs constitute a course of study to acquire the skills needed for Davis University's bachelor's degree programs as well as admission to other US universities.

Shares of the company were up 9% in recent premarket activity.
