04:55 PM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EpicQuest Education Group International ( EEIQ ) said Friday it has received a notification from Nasdaq over its non-compliance with the minimum bid price rule because the closing bid price of its shares was below $1 per share for 30 consecutive business days.

The company said it has until Sept. 1 to regain compliance with the rule.

The shares were falling past 4% in after-hours activity.
