EPlus Closes Sale of Financing Business to Martin Leasing

07:53 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EPlus ( PLUS ) said Tuesday it completed the sale of its US financing business to Marlin Leasing, doing business as PEAC Solutions.

Martin Leasing is a portfolio company of the Asset Value Funds managed by investment firm HPS Investment Partners.

EPlus ( PLUS ) said it plans to update its fiscal 2026 outlook on its next earnings call, in light of the deal's closing.
