EQB Appoints Vincenza Sera as Chair

06:15 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EQB (EQB.TO) overnight Tuesday said Vincenza Sera, a board member, had been named as chair of the board.

She takes over from Mike Hanley, who has resigned from his position for personal reasons.

Sera has also been appointed Chair of the Board of Equitable Bank.
