10:20 AM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EQT (EQT) said Monday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Equitrans Midstream ( ETRN ) .

The merger deal was first announced in March.

The acquisition will enhance EQT's economics of roughly 4,000 drilling locations, the company added.
