07:08 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EQT (EQT) said Tuesday it has increased the size of its ongoing cash tender offer for multiple series of senior notes, citing strong early participation.
The company said it raised the maximum total purchase amount to $1.4 billion from $1.15 billion. It also increased the cap for certain 2029 notes to $1 billion from $750 million.
EQT said demand exceeded the revised cap by the early tender deadline on March 23, meaning notes will be accepted on a prorated basis under predefined priority rules. It added that it does not expect to accept additional tenders submitted after the early deadline.
Settlement for accepted notes tendered early is expected on Thursday, the company said.
