Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $8.72.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $2.20 billion, up from $2.06 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.21 billion.

The company said it expects 2024 adjusted FFO per share between $34.81 and $35.22 and revenue between $8.75 billion and $8.79 billion.

The previous guidance was for adjusted FFO between $34.67 and $35.30 and revenue between $8.69 billion and $8.77 billion.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $35.13 and $8.75 billion.
