05:02 AM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Equinix ( EQIX ) said late Monday it is acquiring three data centers in the Philippines from Total Information Management in an all-cash transaction.

The deal marks the company's entry into the Philippines and follows its recent expansions in Malaysia and Indonesia.

The company expects the deal to close in H2, subject to customary closing conditions.
