Aug 14 (Reuters) - A U.S. government sale of offshore

wind development rights for two areas off the coasts of

Delaware, Maryland and Virginia yielded nearly $93 million in

winning bids, the Interior Department said on Wednesday.

The winning bidders were Norway's Equinor ( EQNR ) and Virginia

Electric and Power Co, a division of U.S. utility Dominion.
