Equity Bancshares Acquires KansasLand Bancshares

05:39 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Equity Bancshares ( EQBK ) said late Monday it has agreed to acquire KansasLand Bancshares, which operates two bank locations in Kansas.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

KansasLand had $55 million in consolidated total assets and $43 million in total deposits as of Dec. 31, 2023.
