09:30 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Equity BancShares ( EQBK ) said Thursday it completed a merger with NBC Corp. of Oklahoma, the parent company of NBC Oklahoma.

With the acquisition of NBC, Equity said it has added seven locations in the state to its network.

NBC locations are reopening as Equity Bank on Thursday, the bank holding company said, adding the merger was announced on April 2.

Under the deal, NBC received about 80% of the consideration in Equity's stock, Equity said at the time.
