06:31 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Equity Bancshares ( EQBK ) said late Monday it has priced a public offering of 1.8 million shares at $44.50 per share, for a total of $80 million.

The company also said it has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 269,640 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price.

The company intends to use net proceeds from the offering, to close on Wednesday, to finance its growth, including future strategic acquisitions, and for other general corporate purposes.
