11:07 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Equity Metals ( EQMEF ) on Wednesday said its 2025 summer exploration program on the Arlington property in southern British Columbia is underway.

The program consists of an initial geophysical survey over the Fresh Pots geochemical anomaly, an airborne LIDAR survey over the entire property, further surface sampling and mapping of specific target areas and a 3,000 meter core drilling program.

The drilling program, which is expected to start in May, will test prominent surface soil and rock anomalies in the south Fresh Pots target, a statement noted.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.185 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
