EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. II Prices Upsized $420 Million IPO

04:40 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. II (EVAC) said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 42 million units at $10 apiece.

The offering was upsized from a previously planned 35 million units.

The blank-check company said that the IPO underwriter has a 45-day overallotment option to buy up to 6.3 million additional units.

Each unit consists of one class A share and one-third of a redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share.

EQV Ventures said it expects the units to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol EVACU Wednesday, while its shares and warrants are expected to be listed under the ticker symbols EVAC and EVACW, respectively.

The IPO is expected to close Thursday.
