Ericsson Signs $3 Billion Partnership Agreement With Export Development Canada

06:37 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ericsson (ERIC) said Wednesday that it has signed a $3 billion partnership agreement with Export Development Canada to expand investment in Canadian research and development, improve domestic supply chains, and speed up advancement of 5G, cloud, AI, and quantum computing technologies.

The telecoms equipment maker said the three-year deal will allow it to expand its Canadian-led projects with financial and insurance support from Export Development Canada.
