10:05 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ericsson (ERIC) said Thursday that the independent compliance monitor appointed by the US Department of Justice in 2020 has certified the company's anti-corruption compliance program.

The certification is a condition to the completion of the monitorship and plea agreement, expected to occur by June 2, the company said.
