Ericsson's Vonage to Provide Endress+Hauser With Cloud-Based Customer Service Tools

05:00 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ericsson's (ERIC) Vonage subsidiary said it has been selected by Endress+Hauser to revamp its contact center and customer service platform.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Vonage provides cloud-based communications including its Contact Center for Service Cloud Voice. Endress+Hauser is a Swiss company that provides laboratory instrumentation and automation tools.

Endress+Hauser said the Vonage tools will help it utilize its existing Salesforce (CRM) platform and integrate communications channels in employees' interactions with customers.
