06:59 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ermenegildo Zegna ( ZGN ) said Monday that Gianluca Tagliabue will take over the chief executive officer post from Ermenegildo Zegna ( ZGN ) as part of the company's new leadership structure, starting Jan. 1, 2026.

Tagliabue currently serves as the group chief financial officer and chief operating officer, while Zegna is the group chairman and CEO.

Zegna will transition to the group executive chairman role as part of the changes, and Gian Franco Santhia, currently serving as Ermenegildo Zegna's ( ZGN ) chief accounting officer, will take over the CFO post, the company said.
