09:47 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Escalade (ESCA) said Wednesday that Chief Executive and President Walter P. Glazer Jr. will retire at the end of the year.

The company said Glazer will remain on the board post-retirement, subject to shareholder approval.

The board will consider internal and external candidates in its search for a successor, Escalade said.
