ESCO Technologies Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; 2026 Guidance Set

04:41 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ESCO Technologies ( ESE ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $2.32 per diluted share, up from $1.79 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.13.

Net sales for the quarter that ended Sept. 30 were $352.7 million, up from $273.5 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $339.1 million.

The company expects Q1 2026 adjusted EPS to be between $1.25 and $1.35 per share. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.50.

The company expects fiscal 2026 EPS in the range of $7.50 to $7.80 and net sales in the range of $1.27 billion to $1.31 billion. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $7.26 and revenue of $1.28 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.08 per share, payable Jan. 16 to stockholders of record on Jan. 2.
