08:41 AM EST, 11/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ESGL ( ESGL ) said Wednesday its wholly owned subsidiary Environmental Solutions Asia signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with De Tomaso Automobili Holdings and PT Buana Megawisatama to explore the feasibility of developing a carbon-neutral luxury race circuit in Bintan, Indonesia.

Under the MoU, the companies will explore sustainable construction options, circular manufacturing technologies, and land and infrastructure requirements within Bintan Resorts, ESGL ( ESGL ) said.
