ESGold to Raise $5 Million in a Private Placement of Share Units

01:40 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ESGold ( ESAUF ) on Friday on Friday said it will seek $5 million from a best-efforts private placement of share units,

The company said it will place up to 6.7-million units with each priced at $0.75 and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a second share for $1.10. The company also granted the agent an option to sell up to an additional 1-million units at $0.75 for additional proceeds of up to $750,000

Proceeds of the offering will be used for the advancement of its flagship Montauban Project in Quebec as well as for general working capital and corporate needs.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.02 to $0.80 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Price: 0.80, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -2.44
