03:25 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Esperion Therapeutics ( ESPR ) said late Tuesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 30 million shares at $2.50 apiece for expected gross proceeds of about $75 million.

The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.5 million shares.

The offering is expected to close on or about Thursday.

Esperion shares were down 16.5% in premarket activity Wednesday.
