04:23 PM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Essential Properties Realty Trust ( EPRT ) said late Monday it has launched an underwritten public offering of 8 million shares.

BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, Truist Securities and Mizuho are joint book-running managers for the offering, the company said. It expects to enter into forward sale agreements with the underwriters.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.2 million shares, it said.
