Essential Properties Realty Trust Q3 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise

04:32 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Essential Properties Realty Trust ( EPRT ) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.48 per diluted share, up from $0.43 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.48.

Rental revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $136.5 million from $110.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $135.4 million.
