05:48 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Essex Property Trust's ( ESS ) Essex Portfolio said late Thursday it has priced an underwritten public offering $350 million of 5.5% senior notes due 2034 at 99.752% of par value with a yield to maturity of 5.532%.

Essex expects to close the offering on March 14.

The company said proceeds will be used to repay upcoming debt maturities, general corporate and working capital purposes.
