The company set Q3 core FFO per diluted share guidance of $3.89 to $3.99. Analysts expect $3.96.

The company adjusted its full-year 2025 core FFO per diluted share guidance to $15.80 to $16.02 from $15.56 to $16.06 earlier. Analysts expect $15.94.
