08:36 AM EST, 02/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Establishment Labs ( ESTA ) on Tuesday announced a leadership transition, naming Cassandra "Sandra" Harris as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, starting March 9.

Current CFO Raj Denhoy will transition to Senior Vice President, Global Strategy, the company said.

CEO Peter Caldini said that Denhoy will focus on key strategic initiatives, while Harris will lead the company's financial operations.
