03:48 AM EDT, 07/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Estee Lauder ( EL ) said late Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Tracey T. Travis has decided to retire, effective June 30, 2025, after more than 12 years at the company.

The cosmetics producer said it has identified Travis' successor, who will be named in the future.

Travis and the successor will work together during a transition period, Estee Lauder ( EL ) said.
