Estee Lauder Secondary Common Stock Offering Prices

04:17 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Estee Lauder ( EL ) said late Tuesday that a secondary public offering of the company's class A shares by trusts affiliated with descendants of Leonard Lauder has been priced at $90 per share.

The company is not selling any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from it.

Estee Lauder ( EL ) said the offering is expected to close Thursday.
