12:46 PM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- E-Tech Resources (REE.V) on Friday said it closed a private placement of shares that raised $950,000.

The company issued 19-million shares at $0.05 apiece. Proceeds will be used to advance exploration at its Eureka Project in Namibia, for working capital, and general corporate needs.

Wade Dawe, an insider of the company and a related party to it, subscribed for 4-million shares, and now owns or controls 16.2% of outstanding securities of REE. An officer of E-Tech subscribed for 200,000 shares.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.01 to $0.11 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
