04:01 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- eToro Group said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of about 11.9 million class A common shares at $52 per share, upsized from 10 million shares.
The company was targeting an indicative range of $46 to $50 per share.
About 6 million shares in the offering will be sold by the company itself and roughly 6 million shares will be sold by certain existing shareholders.
eToro, a trading and investing platform, granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional about 1.8 million shares.
The shares are expected to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Wednesday under the ticker symbol "ETOR." The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
