Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.93.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $852.2 million, compared with $842.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $861.8 million.

The company said it expects Q1 gross merchandise sales growth to decline at a rate similar to the year-over-year performance reported for Q4 2024, which was down 6.8%. Analysts at FactSet expect Q1 GMS of $2.90 billion.

Shares of Etsy ( ETSY ) were down 4.9% in recent premarket activity.
