BRUSSELS, Nov 12 (Reuters) - The European Commission

said on Tuesday that along with national authorities it was

calling upon Apple ( AAPL ) to stop geo-blocking practices on

Apple Media Services.

Geo-blocking is the practice of restricting content

according to a user's geographical location.
