Euro Manganese Appoints Laurel Petryk as VP Legal, Corporate Secretary

05:20 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Euro Manganese ( EMNAF ) on Thursday said it appointed Laurel Petryk as its Vice President Legal and Corporate Secretary effective Sept. 1.

Petryk replaces Fausto Taddei, who is retiring on Aug. 31.

Petryk joined Euro Manganese ( EMNAF ) as General Counsel in 2021 and has over 24 years of experience working as a lawyer in corporate, securities, governance, and mining.

"Fausto has been a valuable member of our senior management team for more than six years," said chief executive Matthew James. "All of us at EMN extend our gratitude for his contributions and commitment to corporate governance and financial discipline... Additionally, we welcome Laurel in her new role as an officer of the company."

Euro Manganese ( EMNAF ) shares closed up $0.005 to $0.05 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
