The offering comprises about 3.5 million units at an offering price of $0.02 apiece. Each unit consists of one commo share and one common share purchase warrant that allows the holder to buy one common share at $0.05 for five years.

The company intends to use the proceeds for office, administration and communications costs; salaries; legal and administrative fees; project working capital; and tax, audit and accounting fees.
