European Commission Approves Clearlake's Acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet

10:18 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission said Monday it has approved Clearlake Capital Group's acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet Holdings ( DNB ) .

The Commission said it does not expect the transaction to raise competition concerns.

The acquisition was struck in March in a transaction valued at $7.7 billion, including debt. It expects to complete the deal in Q3.
