09:20 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- European Wax Center ( EWCZ ) said Wednesday that the board named David Berg its chief executive, succeeding David Willis.

The company said Berg, whose appointment took effect Monday, will also continue serving as its executive chairman.

Berg previously served as the company's CEO from 2018 to 2023, European Wax Center ( EWCZ ) added.
