12:20 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Euroseas ( ESEA ) said in a Wednesday filing that it is unable to file its Form 20-F annual report by the deadline.

Form 20-F needs the "compilation of certain information" and the completion and approval of audited financial statements, the company said.

Euroseas ( ESEA ) expects to submit the filing within the 15-day extension period.
