Everbright Digital Gets Nasdaq Notification Over Minimum Bid Price Deficiency

04:47 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Everbright Digital ( EDHL ) said Friday it has received a letter from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with a listing rule requiring companies to maintain a minimum bid price of at least $1 per share.

The notification has no immediate impact on its listing, the company said, adding it has until Feb. 23, 2026, to regain compliance with the rule.

The company said it is looking into options to regain compliance.
