EverCommerce Expands Stock Buyback Plan

08:32 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EverCommerce ( EVCM ) said Wednesday the board approved an expansion of its previously announced stock buyback plan by $50 million and extended it through Dec. 31, 2025.

The company said it may buy back up to $200 million of its common shares under the latest authorization.
