EverCommerce Reports Q2 Loss, Revenue Rises; Ryan Siurek Named CFO

05:01 AM EDT, 08/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EverCommerce ( EVCM ) reported a Q2 loss late Tuesday of $0.02 per diluted share, compared with breakeven earnings a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $177.4 million, compared with $170.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $172.3 million.

The company said it still expects full-year 2024 revenue of $676 million to $696 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $692.2 million.

The company expects revenue for Q3 of $172 million to $176 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $175.3 million.

Separately, EverCommerce ( EVCM ) said it has appointed Ryan Siurek as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 6.

Siurek has served as the company's chief accounting officer since July 2023. Current CFO Marc Thompson is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
