Evercore's Q1 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Adjusted Revenue Rises; Quarterly Dividend Raised

09:15 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Evercore ( EVR ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $2.13 per diluted share, down from $2.16 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.13.

Adjusted revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $587.3 million, up from $577.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $638.4 million.

The company said its board raised the quarterly dividend by 5% to $0.80 per share, payable on June 14 to shareholders of record on May 31.

Evercore's ( EVR ) shares were down 0.6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
