10:03 AM EST, 01/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Evergold ( EVGUF ) on Monday said it appointed current director Alex Walcott, as its president and chief executive as Kevin Keough, the current president and CEO, steps down from the role and from the board.

The company appointed director and chief exploration officer Charles James Greig, as its executive chairman, and Leon Ho as its chief financial officer, replacing Tracy Albert, the current CFO.

Shares of the company were last seen up 9.1% at $0.42 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
