01:27 PM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Everspin Technologies ( MRAM ) said Wednesday it received a contract for up to $9.25 million from Frontgrade Technologies for magnetoresistive random access memory technology for the development of the domestic production of electronics for aerospace and defense.

The initiative supports current and future Department of Defense strategic and commercial space system requirements, Everspin ( MRAM ) said.

The contract's current phase is valued at $1.25 million, the company said.
