Everus Construction Q2 Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Guidance Raised

04:49 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Everus Construction ( ECG ) reported Q2 earnings late Tuesday of $1.03 per diluted share, up from $0.76 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.59 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $921.5 million, up from $703.4 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $738.5 million.

The company raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to $3.3 billion to $3.4 billion from $3.00 billion to $3.10 billion. Three analysts expect $3.1 billion.

Shares of Everus Construction ( ECG ) were up nearly 13% in after-hours trading.
